What’s the dress code?

The wedding dress is cocktail attire. Be sure to check the weather as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside with outdoor deck space.

There are a few unpaved walks between the ceremony and reception areas, please plan footwear accordingly!

Are children invited?

We would love to share our day with as many people as possible, but due to the number of guests with young families and space limitations, we regretfully cannot accommodate children except those in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and any arrangements you make to join us.

Is there transportation provided?

We are providing transportation from our lodging locations to the Wedding ceremony + reception. During RSVP, you can let us know if you want to take advantage of these so we can reserve your spot! Approximate timing will be:

• 3:45-4:15 - Pickup at lodging locations

• ~8:45 - Early shuttles back to hotel/cabins

• ~10:30 - End of night shuttles back to hotel/cabins
  

What should we plan to do around Asheville?

There are SO many good spots to check out. We will sharing a list of our favorite places and things to do shortly. This is a critical time for Western North Carolina businesses, if you have any time, take a stroll down the streets to pop into coffee shops, dine at the delicious local restaurants and shop the wonderful artists and small businesses. We’re excited to share the love with the Asheville community.
